If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and you want change or refund, please contact with our Customer Service at: clientcare@genevecompany.com or with the store where you acquired your purchase.

Save the product in the same condition that you received it. The returned items have to be in perfect condition, in their original container with documentation, labels and guarantee, seal, accessories or promotional gifs and with the purchase receipt.

Once the refund or change has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) we will confirm you, indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
