BRACELET ADJUSTMENT

If your watch has a linked metal bracelet, we can ensure that it fits first time - just let us know your wrist measurement and we’ll make the necessary adjustments free of charge.

Please note the average Ladies Bracelet or bangle watch is 165mm in standard size and gents bracelet watches average size is 200mm.

On placing your order you will see below an option of special requests where you could provide us with your wrist measurement (in mm) and we'll make the necessary adjustments before dispatch. If larger than standard size is required then please note that we can either supply as standard for the fit to be checked on receipt or order spare links to fit the bracelet.

Any links that have been removed will be sent with your watch. In some cases you may need additional links - in this case, we will get in touch with you, as there may be a small additional cost, as we will need to source these from the manufacturer.

Please note that it may take an additional day to deliver orders where adjustment is required, in exceptional circumstances we may have to send the watch to the manufacturer – in such case, we will contact you first before proceeding.

All watches adjusted by Geneve are eligible under our returns policy . We will try to ensure the best fit for your watch. Very occasionally, further adjustment may be required. As this is a free service, we unfortunately cannot provide compensation for any additional costs associated with further adjustments made to your watch.

WATCHES & BRACELETS

To determine the perfect size of your watch or bracelet you can:

1. Using another bracelet

Find a bracelet that fits you correctly. Set it down flat. Measure with a ruler the length in centimetres from the top of the clasp to end of the bracelet. Make a note of the measurement. Order your bracelet in a size as close as possible to this measurement.

2. Measuring your wrist

Use a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. To ensure the bracelet fits comfortably, add 1.5 cm. You can then add or subtract centimetres according to your preference of a loose, exact or tight fit.
