SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Please note, we are currently experiencing delivery delays due to extended processing times and external courier disruptions.
We aim to deliver orders within the following timeframes: 7-10 working days.

All orders are processed in our distribution warehouse, where we can ensure that we practice the recommendations of the health authorities in social distancing. We have also introduced additional hygiene measures in the preparation of shipments. Our courier company has adapted its processes to guarantee the safety of deliveries and has increased hygiene precautions.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We have extended the period of exchanges and returns to 30 days from the day of reopening of stores, both for online orders and purchases in store.
