Returns and exchanges

If you wish to exchange or return an item purchased in our online shop you can do so within a period of less than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the same.

To make an exchange or return, the customer must contact GENEVE COMPANY via email clientcare@genevecompany.com and follow the instructions that are communicated. In no case will be accepted returns that do not conform to the procedure and channels marked by the company.


The user will not have the right to change or cancel special or custom orders.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that have been tampered with, that have been used or whose security seals have been removed.


Orders without stock availability, with the prior agreement of the customer and reservation of the same through a deposit will be requested to the supplier to be able to serve the order to the customer. These orders cannot be exchanged or returned.


It is essential that the products to be exchanged or returned retain the original packaging (original box, documentation, accessories, etc.).


Once GENEVE COMPANY receives the returned product and check that it meets the requirements of authenticity and condition required, the refund of payment will be made by the same method in which the purchase was made in a period of less than 14 calendar days (from the date that has been communicated of the decision of withdrawal).

You can choose two ways to return your order to our offices:

1. By our courier service. This service has a cost of €60 which includes the service of collecting the package safely at your address. This amount will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the invoice.

2. By a courier service other than the one offered by us and chosen by you. Please send your return to the following address:

Please note that if you do not use our courier service for your return, GENEVE COMPANY is not responsible for possible theft or loss during transport; therefore, we recommend that you choose our courier service to ensure the correct arrival of the package at our offices.

If you have paid the shipping costs, we will reimburse you the equivalent of these costs (orders under 500€ where the shipping costs are 20€).

Note: When we proceed with your exchange or return we may contact you by phone or email. Please ensure that the details you provide are correct and up to date.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any time 24 hours after the order has been accepted. In case of cancellation we will refund your order in full.
