TAX & DUTIES
We deliver to the following countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import duties / customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price, so you will not have to pay any tax when you receive your order.

Shipping and delivery
All orders are above 500€ are shipped FREE using Special Delivery which is a trackable next day service. Orders bellow 500€ will have 20€ charge due to delivery and insurance purposes. A signature will be requested on receipt. If you are not in at the time of delivery, the delivery team will leave a notice with details for arranging a re-delivery.
The product label "Shipping in 15-20 days" in the product page indicates that we have to check its availability in the manufacturer, so it will take 15-20 days to ship. We will keep you informed.
When you receive your shipping email; it will mean that your order is on its way. Our service team will provide your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre. Your order will take 4-6 working days, depending on the country of destination. Your purchase is insured whilst in transit until it is delivered to you. Your watch will be delivered with the original box of brand authenticity and documents as minimum two-year international warranty from the manufacture. Our relationship with the brands means that we can manage any after sales requirements you might have including full service and repairs in the unlikely event that anything were to go wrong.

Why it may be rejected my credit card?
Your card may be rejected by one of the following reasons:
The card may have expired. Make sure your card does not exceed the validity date.
It may have been reached the limit of the card. Check with your bank card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, the data is transmitted SSL encrypted form. For payment by Visa and Mastercard transactions only Ces (Secure Electronic Commerce) will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued for the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be made on the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled
